Common principles of project management as effective tools for management of changes, that are applicable without respect to the branch. Introduction to the field of knowledge with the range similar to other specialized universities. Explanation of philosophy, tools and techniques of project management. After passing the course students will be able to propose, plan, prepare the project and manage the simplest projects.

7. Realization, controlling, closing of project.
8. Logical framework for project management.
9. Project management applications.
10. Time controlling methods.
