* Students should be able evaluate different systems for running WWW services. * Students should be able interpret several different standards for WWW services. * Students should be able solve basic WWW services configuration problems.

What is WWW server. Services available from WWW server. Protocols. Protocol TCP/IP. Protocols HTTP, HTTPS. Interfaces CGI, Servlet. Security and WWW server. Acces rights. Encryption, certificates. Protocol SSL. WWW server configuration. WWW server monitoring. New trends in WWW servers administration.
