Summary

Basic principles for spatial data publishing on WWW. Software overview. Basic rules for building GeoWeb applications. Java language and its possibilities for GeoWeb. XML language. SVG format. Web Map Service (WMS). Web Feature Service (WFS). Basics for VRML. Practical excercises on UMN Map Server and JShape.

Web Feature Service (WFS). 7) Map API 8) Practical work with non commercial products.
