Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Student will be able to take bearings in the area of Mobile GIT. They will know practical aspects of their assessment, development and practical application. They will be able to propose a possible solutions for practical demands of different areas of practise with use of MGIT.

Summary
The aim of this subject is to acquaint students with mobile branch of
geoinformatics. MGT are a part of geoinformatics due to the availability of mobile computers, wireless communication technologies and due to the application of new techniques and approaches for gatehering, processing and use of data in the field.
Learners will get theoretical and practical knowledge in above metioned areas.

Students' knowledge acquisition is continuously verified during lessons.
Students work on individual projects within which they demonstrate the acquired knowledge.
At the end of the semester, students present their projects and defend the chosen procedures and technologies used to create their projects.
Students' knowledge is tested by a written exam at the end of the semester.
