Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the course is to deepen the knowledge of cartography students in a digital environment with a focus on the outputs of geospatial technologies.

Summary

The course focuses on the creation and use of digital maps and other cartographic products (map servers, animated and multimedia maps, etc. Attention is given to advanced web technologies and user testing. Students are led to independently create digital maps in their dissertation research.
