The objective is to learn students a methodology of GIscience, how to properly prepar and implement research intention, prepar and publish scientific paper of high quality, implement results of applied research.

Summary

The course explains principles of research and methodology of GIscience. It includes bibliography, research design in GIscience, planning, schedule, sources, establishing research questions and hypothesis, validation methods, preparation of grant proposals, preparation of scientific paper, ethical aspects, reviewing process, criticism, and questions of scientific career.
