Základy chemické termodynamiky. Základní pojmy a vztahy. Dispersní soustavy. Pravé a koloidní roztoky. Periodicita vlastností prvků. Periodický zákon. Periodická tabulka prvků. Zákonitosti platné v periodické tabulce. Základní vlastnosti prvků a sloučenin. Obecná charakteristika kovů a nekovů. Acidobazické chování oxidů. Vlastnosti nejdůležitějších prvků. Vlastnosti s- prvků, p- prvků, d- prvků, f- prvků. Technicky významné látky a materiály. Křemičitanové materiály, skla,keramika. Pojiva ve stavebnictví. Zpracování uhlí, ropy a zemního plynu. Průmyslové plyny. Pohonné látky a mazadla. Výbušniny. Makromolekulární látky.
