Teaching methods

Summary

Coke and metallurgy. Raw basis for cokemaking. Kinetics and dynamics of coal thermal decomposition. Carbonisation processes. Relationship between decomposition conditions and properties of coke and coke by-products. Coke, its properties. Utilization of by-products of coking. Technological equipment, coking charges, coking batteries. Operating regimes. Safety of operations, environment protection.

Přednášky: 1. Souvislost karbonizačních podmínek a vlastností produktů 2. Kvalita a komposice uhelných vsázek 3. Kinetika a dynamika koksotvorného procesu 4. Koksárenské baterie, jejich konstrukce, energetické faktory 5. Vybrané typy koksárenských baterií 6. Řízení technologicky významných parametrů produktů tep. zpracování 7. Vlastnosti koksu 8. Zpracování chemických produktů koksování 9. Ochrana životního prostředí 10. Dekomposice koksové hmoty v sekundárních technologiích Obsah cvičení: 1. Sapožnikovova zkouška 2. Termoplastické vlastnosti uhlí 3. Spalitelnost koksu 4. Kvalita koksu podle NSC 5. Strukturální pevnost koksu 6. Aerodynamické vlastnosti koksu 7. Fyzikální vlastnosti koksu 8.
