Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Student will be able to understand high tonnage chemicals manufacture, chemical and physico-chemical principles of the processes, and main problems of related equipment design.
Student will master chemical calculations, material and energy balance of the processes under real conditions.

Chemical principles of industrial chemicals manufacture. Basic processes and
equipment. Production of inorganic chemicals, fertilizers, metals,
electrochemical processes, fuel processing, petrochemicals, polymers,
