Summary

Structure of polymers, the relationship between structure of polymers and their properties (thermic, mechanical properties, solution behavior), polymer degradation (depolymerization, splitting, pyrolysis, combustion), environmental and toxicological aspects of production and utilization of polymers.

Teorie vzniku makromolekul a jejich charakter. Vliv teploty a atmosferických podmínek na stabilitu vazeb a způsoby rozpadu makromolekul. Degradace a destrukce makromolekul, toxické vlastnosti jejich produktů a vliv na životní prostředí.
