The aim of the course is to provide theoretical knowledge and practical experience in performing complex calculations and simulations in analytical chemistry using the MS Excel.

The main advantage is the practical application of readily available MS Excel without having to purchase other specialized programs (and including without knowledge of the Java programming language).

Subject syllabus:
Use MS Excel in analytical chemistry will focus inter alia on the following areas - the statistical processing of data to calculate more complex examples from the field of chemical equilibria, the calculation of titration curves and evaluation of various mathematical methods for performing complex calculations in instrumental analysis and in particular on formation simulations (including graphical representation) of various influences on the course of reaction, chemical equilibrium, the acid-base behavior of substances on the reaction kinetics, the final shape of the titration curve, distribution diagrams and UV-VIS spectra, the error of calculation or measurement, etc
