6172011/01 (for the 3rd year of study Bc. PIK) 6172011/03 (for the 3rd year of study Bc. TZP) Objectives of the subject: - to understand chemical principles of basic chemicals manufacture, - to be able to apply main rules of chemical equilibrium and kinetics, - to understand selection of reactors and auxiliary euipment, their function, and energy requirement for particular processes, - to consider environmental threats and benefits of the technologies. Acquired knowledge: - familiarization with basic large scale production the chemical industry, - Familiarization with the qualitative behavior of chemical reactors including heterogeneous the catalytic. Acquired skills: - the ability to balance comprehensively technology larger extent, - the ability to analyze the technological scheme of production. 6172011/02 (for 1st year of study NMgr. EMP, APT, MKV) 6172011/04 (for 1st year of study NMgr. EMP, APT, MKV instruction takes place in English for foreign students) Objectives of subject: Pass information about the flow of raw materials and intermediates in chemical processes and their historical development and forecasts. To acquaint students with the principles of chemical reactors and the use of dividing processes. Acquired knowledge: - The students will be aware main principles of chemical processes, economic and environmental problems of chemical technology, - The student is able to apply the theoretical knowledge of chemistry, physical chemistry and process engineering for the assessment of for individual productions. Acquired skills: - Students are able to perform basic balance calculations of chemical reactors and dividing procedures, - Students will lead you to orientate in BAT and BREF documents.
