Student bude umět formulovat : - základní principy technologie výroby surového železa - perspektivy výroby surového železa - principy zavážení vysoké pece a rozdělování vsázky na sazebně

Teaching methods

Summary

Principles of blast furnace process. Processing, charging and distribution of blast furnace burden. Blowing-in, blowing-out and banking of blast furnace. Irregularities and their control : channelling, scaffolding, scabs, hanging, slips choking of hearth, chilled hearth, burning of tuyeres. Stove operation. Oxygenation and humidification of blast. High top pressure. Technology of auxilliary fuel injection. Tapping of pig iron and slag. Cleaning of blast- furnace gas. Perspektives of blast furnace technology.

Subject syllabus:

Technologické princípy výroby surového železa. Zavážení vysoké pece, rozdělování vsázky na sazebně. Zafoukávání a sfoukávání, a tlumení pece. Normální, vnější a vnitřní chod pece. Technologické poruchy vysokopecní tavby, horký chod, studený chod, pálení výfučen, nasazeniny ve vysoké peci. Ohřev vysokopecního větru. Obohacování větru kyslíkem a vlhčení větru. Technologie injektáže přídavných paliv. Dmýchání prachových oxidů železa a jiných látek do nístěje.Vypouštění surového železa a strusky. Čištění vysokopecního plynu. Moderní technologie výroby železa.
