Student will be able formulate : - basics principle of controlling of ironmaking and cokemaking - perspectives of ironmaking and cokemaking - particular aspect of controlling in ironmaking and cokemaking

Teaching methods

Summary

Analysis of ironmaking and cokemaking production from aspect of controlling. Statistical, balance and kinetic models for purpose of blast furnace process monitoring and controlling. Simulation models for analysis of possible usage of ironmaking alternative way. Control of agglomerate production and quality. Controlling of cokemaing with usage of neurone expert systems. Application of artificial inteligence in processes of iron quality controlling. Control of blast furnace plant as complex and sequence on highest control systems. Practical examples of applicated control systems.

Subject syllabus:

Analýza technologie výroby železa a koksu z hlediska řízení. Statistické, bilanční a kinetické modely pro účely sledování a řízení vysokopecního pochodu. Simulační modely pro analýzu možného uplatnění alternativního způsobu výroby železa. Řízení výroby a kvality aglomerátu. Řízení výroby koksu s uplatněním neuronových expertních systémů. Aplikace umělé inteligence v procesech řízení kvality železa. Řízení vysokopecního závodu jako celku a návaznost na nejvyšší systémy řízení. Praktické příklady aplikovaných řídicích systémů.
