Summary

The subject focuses on theoretical and practical aspects connected with the systemization of steelmaking for foundry in electric arc and induction furnaces. Special attention is paid to technological-metallurgical connections when producing groups of different quality using various types of ceramic linings. Ways and possibilities of steel processing in the area of secondary metalurgy currently used in steel foundries are also presented. Some possibilities of making use of cost analysis for production management are suggested.
