Acquired knowledge:
-student acquire an overview about how to use Basic Office package MS Office programs and their application for the creation of text documents, processing and presentation of data
Skills acquired:
- student will be able to write document with text editor according to random template
- student will be able to process data including graphical form
- student will be able to prepare easy presentation including the all requisites

Summary
The subject is focused on basic operation with OS WINDOWS and office packet MS Office. The attention is devoted to writing a document according to random template, to process data including graphical form with the help of the MS EXCEL; and to prepare a basic presentation.

Subject syllabus:
1. Operating system MS Windows, basic operation with OS, work with folder, file, data archiving and backup
2. Windows explorer - introduction, basic operations with files and folders, cooperation with OS , other types of managers
3. MS Office WORD - introduction to text editor, optimization of background and quick access board, work and quick orientation at document, work with a few documents of MS WORD, script formats, fonts
4. MS Office WORD – files editing, paragraph formats, page formats, work with heading and footing, page arrangement, fixed space, printing
5. MS Office WORD – Styles, finding and replacement, cross reference, content displaying
6. MS Office WORD – tables, basic calculations at tables, work with pictures, work with objects, mail merge
7. MS Office WORD – spelling, document revise, underline notes and comments, segments - inserting of page with new format
8. MS Office EXCEL – introduction with spreadsheet, optimization of background and quick access board, content of cells – entry and editing work with a few documents
9. MS Office EXCEL - movement at table, selection determination cell format, editing of columns and lines size
10. MS Office EXCEL – Table editing, copy and transfer of selection references, formulas, functions, absolute coordinate
11. MS Office EXCEL – Printing, cross buntons, finding and replacement , aligning, filters
12. MS Office EXCEL - choice, creation and graph editing, main and secondary axis, work with data - connecting line
13. MS Office POWERPOINT - basic principles of presentation creation pre-defined and own motive of screen, work with screens, grid and guidances, heading and footing
