Teaching methods
Summary
Foundry as an industrial branch. The world’s wide and the Czech foundry. The
course of fabrication of castings from the beginning i.e. drawing of castings
up to final dispatch. The ways of compacting the moulds and other methods of
production of castings. Fundamental knowledge on the sand mixtures. Review of
the foundry materials to be used for castings.
