student wil be able to describe development of metal melting and casting technologies; student wil be able to form a time axis of development; student wil be able to identify individual prehistorical and historical civilization centres; student wil be able to demonstrate examples of important artefacts from individual historical development phases.

Summary

Concise development of metallurgy and foundry from the Chalcolithic Age over the Bronze Age and the Iron Age up to the artistic performances of Egypt, Mesopotamia, Crete, Greece and Roma. The plastic art of the early and supreme Middle Ages, of the Renaissance and Baroque. The sculpture of the 19th and 20th century in our country and in the world.
