Umět definovat a srovnat kovové materiály používané pro výrobu odlitků. • Znát zásady metalurgického zpracování jednotlivých slévárenských slitin. • Získat schopnost navrhnout vhodný technologický postup pro výrobu odlitků ze základních typů slitin. • Umět analyzovat vhodnost použitého materiálu pro daný typ odlitku.

Teaching methods

Summary

Fabrication of castings of alloys of non-ferrous metals, melting of alloys of non-ferrous metals, meting units, the physico-chemical processes in preparation of alloys, gases in alloys of non-ferrous metals, methods of degassing of melts. Solidification and cooling down of metals and alloys, influencing the primary crystallization, inoculation and modification.
