Summary

The subject is focused on quality control of production, acquaints students with the terminology and classification of casting defects by Czech and international standards. In the course are described the basic types of casting defects, performed the analysis of physical-chemical causes of their emergence, with an emphasis on preventiv. The intention is to show the wider relationship between technology and the emergence of casting defects.
