Master theoretical aspects of superplasticity. Evaluate possibilities of decreasing the forming forces in using the superplastic forming of various types of the material.

Subject syllabus:

1. Vliv velikosti zrna na deformační chování a užitné vlastnosti kovových materiálů. 2. Způsoby zjemňování a stabilizace zrna. 3. Typy superplasticity (vyvolaná jemnozmností - FSS, vnitřním pnutím - ISS). 4. Teoretické aspekty FSS. 5. Experimentální studium FSS a ISS. 6. Nehomogenita deformace při superplasticitě. 7. Strukturní podmínky FSS. 8. Superplasticita titanových slitin. 9. Superplasticita hliníkových slitin. 10. Deformační chování mechanicky legovaných Al-slitin. 11. Deformační chování kompozitu na bázi AI. 12. Superpiasticita keramických materiálů. 13. Vysokorychlostní superplasticita. 14. Přednosti a praktická aplikace superplastických materiálů.
