Summary

Stress conditions. Stress and strain. Laws of plastic deformation. Dislocations and diffusion mechanisms. Stress and strain determination. Limit states of elasticity and plasticity. Hypothesis of plastic deformation. Principles of strain hardening and restoration, deformation resistance. Limit diagrams. Applications of theory principles on general technology processes - rolling, forging, drawing, stamping and shaping.

Subject syllabus:

1. Theoretical principles of plastic deformation. The external and internal forces. 2. The stress at the graphics planes. Oktaedric plane and the stress in the oktaedric plane. 3. The principal of the normal stress. Tangential stress. Stress in universal plane. 4. Stress ellipsoid. The main tangential stress. 5. Mohr circle. Invariance state of stress and mathematical expression of the three invariants. 6. Graphic determination of tangential stress. Tensor expression of strain. 7. Schemes of the main stresses. Deviation chart of stress and invariance of deviation. 8. The intensity of the stress. Graphical solution of the intensity of the stress of the various methods. 9. Indicator of the State of stress. States of confinement (linear, area, 3D). 10. The beginning of plastic deformation in the uniaxial of the force action. 11. Hypothesis of plastic deformation. 12. Differential equation of equilibrium in the rectangular coordinates. Solution of differential task in cylindrical and spherical coordinates. 13. The deformation of the head of the body. The strain rate. Tensor expression of deformation, strain rate, schemes of deformation. 14. Relations between the stress and strain. The elastic strain. Flexible-plastic deformation. Large plastic deformation.
