Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

expres in numbers deformation single crystal and polycrystal, show plastic deformation maps, identify grid disturbances , characterize state of stress and strain, analyze mathematical formulation of restoration processes

Summary

Lattice imperfection. Plastic characteristics dislocation. Set single crystal. Strain hardening of material. Dynamic recovery and recrystallization. Static, dynamic and post - dynamic processes and their kinetics. Diffusion mechanism of plastic deformation. Deformation maps. Boundary plasticity: diction and influence decisive parameters. Superplasticity. State of stress and strain. Plastometric examination. Simulation of forming technologies.

Subject syllabus:

1. The crystall structure of metals. 2. Failure of the grid. 3. Properties of dislocations.. 4. Deformation of monocrystal. 5. Deformation analysis of polyckrystal. 6. Analyses of stress-strain curves. 7. Dynamic recovery (Sellars, Stuwe, Barett, Garofalo) 8. Kinetics of recrystallization-Avrami theory. 9. Static and dynamic recrystallization. 10. The influence of parameters on the kinetics of recrystallization. 11. Viscous plastic deformation. 12. Deformation maps of plastic deformation. 13. Plasticity limit. 14. The influence of state of stress on plasticity.
