Lattice imperfection. Plastic characteristics dislocation. Set single crystal. Strain hardening of material. Dynamic recovery and recrystallization. Static, dynamic and post - dynamic processes and their kinetics. Diffusion mechanism of plastic deformation. Deformation maps. Boundary plasticity: diction and influence decisive parameters. Superplasticity. State of stress and strain. Plastometric examination. Simulation of forming technologies.

Subject syllabus:
• Crystallic construction metals. Directions and plane of slip - slippage systems. Lattice imperfection. Vacancy.
• Dislocation, their intersection. Stacking faults. Tension round dislocation and energy. Set single crystal. Athermic and thermal component shear deformation tension.
• Plastic deformation of polycrystalline. Increases incurred of grain boundary, alloying elements and precipitate.
• Stress- strain curve. Primary objective mathematical descriptions. Calculations by the help of linear regression analysis. Determination constant k in Hollomon equation and energy of deformation.
• Analysis stress-strain curve by dynamic restoration according to Sellars. Other analysis (pull - up play - new dislocation, movement jumps spiral dislocation. Garofalo application. Procedure assessment constants, especially activation energy.
• Analysis curves controlled by dynamic recrystallization.
• Mathematical theory of recrystallization kinetics Avrami equation. Adjustment Avrami equation.
• Plastometric simulation. Primary objective manners and mathematical formulation tension and deformation. Application on real forming processes.
• Influence deformation conditions on kinetics of dynamic recrystallization. Static recrystallization after plastic deformation at hot condition. Influence thermometric conditions on kinetics of static recrystallization. Base conditions phenomenon super - plasticity.
• Diffused mechanism of plastic deformation, influence time and relaxation constant on form resulting equation. Diffusion flow of metal. Boundary plasticity – fracture. Work for creation of crack. Breakable rapture with plastic zone.
