Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Understand and be able to apply the theoretical aspects of superplasticity. Find the ways of obtaining the very fine-grained structures. Suggest possibilities of decreasing the roll force, torque and power in using the superplastic forming of various types of the material.

Teaching methods

Summary

Vliv velikosti zrna na deformační chování a užitné vlastnosti kovových materiálů. Způsoby získávání jemnozrnných materiálů. Typy a principy superplasticity (strukturní, vyvolaná cyklickými fázovými přeměnami), matematické modely. Vysokorychlostní superplasticita. Praktické aplikace. Deformační chování kompozitů, mechanicky legovaných slitin, keramiky, intermetalických sloučenin aj.
