Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Understand and be able to apply the theoretical aspects of superplasticity.
Find the ways of obtaining the very fine-grained structures.
Suggest possibilities of decreasing the roll force, torque and power in using the superplastic forming of various types of the material.
Teaching methods
Summary
Vliv velikosti zrna na deformační chování a užitné vlastnosti kovových
materiálů. Způsoby získávání jemnozrnných materiálů. Typy a principy
superplasticity (strukturní, vyvolaná cyklickými fázovými přeměnami),
matematické modely. Vysokorychlostní superplasticita. Praktické aplikace.
Deformační chování kompozitů, mechanicky legovaných slitin, keramiky,
intermetalických sloučenin aj.
