Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Apply the user software in solving the tasks of 3D-forming.
Predict and measure the roll force, torque and power in forming.
Based on experimental data, create the mathematical models of the selected processes connected with plastic deformation.
Teaching methods
Summary
Aplikace uživatelského software ve vědeckých výpočtech (tabulkové procesory,
programy pro symbolické výpočty, statistické programy). Výpočet aktivační
energie při tváření. Měření, resp. počítačová registrace energosilových
parametrů a teploty při tváření. Tvorba modelů pro popis deformačních odporů za
tepla s uvažováním velkých deformací a vlivu dynamické rekrystalizace.
