Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Identify of input and output variable affected pass rolling design. Resolve of elongation coefficient and contact surface in roll gap. Student will be able individual design the pass sequence for selected finish cross shape of bar.

Summary

Úvod do problematiky kalibrování válců, základní kalibrační pojmy. Teoretické základy změny tvaru při válcování v kalibrech. Základní typy kalibrů. Energosilové paramtery při válcování v kalibrech. Stanovení stykové plochy mezi provalkem a kalibrem. Výšková deformace v prodlužovacích kalibrech. Způsoby určení průřezových ploch kalibrů. Neutrální osa kalibru a její význam. Principy kalibrace spojitých válcovacích tratí. Kalibrace odlehčených, ekonomických a širokopřírubových nosníků. Speciální případy kalibračních postupů. Využití počítačové techniky při návrzích kalibrů a kalibračních řad (vizualizace, výpočty, podklady pro zhotovení válců)

Roll groove, its parts, geometry, Roll desing of semi-finishing and preparative passes Roll Design of pre-finish and finish passes - dimensional characteristics Geometry of grooved roll, rotary dvojparaboloid The upper pressure, lower pressure, the neutral axis of the roll groove Rules for placement of groove on the roll, life of roll The flow of material, unequal deformation in roll groove The behavior of the roll at a load of rolling force, spread at roll pass desing Contact area with the walls of roll Roll pass desing - general laws Basic at roll pass desing at rolling of I, U bars and rails, universal wide beams Shaping of flat-rolled products in the production of bent sections, special cases of production
