Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Student will be able to identify grid disturbances, define the conditions of stress during forming, characterize the deformation of the monocrystal and polycrystal, define limit plasticity of metals, mathematically describe the stress - strain curves, analyze mathematical expression of softening processes, describe the possibility of austenite transformation during cooling steel, characterize the possibility of plastometric simulation and characterize the properties and usiabillity of progressive metallic materials.

Summary

The subject deals with mechanisms and mathematical description of plastic deformation, structural-forming processes taking place during hot and cold forming recpectivelly occuring during control cooling of forming products and provides a characteristic of progressive metallic materials.
