Teaching methods

Summary

The subject is the introduction to basics of modelling and principles of optimalization of mono and multicriterion managerial decision making in economical (industrial) systems. It is oriented to: mathematical programming (especially the linnear one), analysis of interdisciplinary linkages, critical path method, basics of queue theory and theory of stock.

Subject syllabus:

- Rozhodovací proces a jeho prvky. Variantní řešení rozhodovacích problémů, kritéria hodnocení a výběru optimálních variant. - Exaktní prvky v rozhodovacích procesech. - Lineární programování – modelování a řešitelnost úloh. - Simplexová metoda, monokriteriální a multikriteriální optimalizace. - Řešitelnost nelineárních optimalizačních úloh. - Princip simulace při řešení stochastických optimalizačních úloh. - Optimální strategie rozhodování – podstata dynamického programování. - Metody síťové analýzy. Optimalizace v grafech. - Metody analýzy kritické cesty - řízení návazných procesů, projektů. - Problémy hledání optimální dimenze obsahující soustavy a optimálního pořadí uspokojování požadavků na obslužnou činnost. - Optimalizace zásobovacích procesů. - Základní pojmy teorie her a strategického chování.
