Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Student in the subject: - will understand the role and priciples of human resource management as the decisive source of company's success, - will obtain knowledge of fundamental personnel activities as recruitment, evaluation, remuneration and education of employees, - will get to know about the terms and importance of firm's culture and employee relations, - will acquire the knowledge of ergonomics at work, - will obtain basic information about labour market, supply and demand and about unemployment.

Summary

The aim of the subject is to understand the meaning and principles of the human resources management, to obtain personal skills, to show the strategic advantage of the human resources management in the enterprise, to know how to orientate yourselves in the managing styles, to acquaintance the problems and meanings of motivation.

Motivation – financial and nonfinacial tools. - Employee training and development. - Company culture. - Employee relations.
