Subject syllabus:

— Vymezení a cíle logistického řízení. Základní principy využívané v rámci logistického řízení. Vývoj logistického řízení. — Služby zákazníkům. — Řízení zásob. Důvody udržování zásob. Náklady spojené se zásobami. — Podstata matematických metod pro řízení zásob. Model ekonomického objednacího množství. Výpočet pojistné zásoby statistickou metodou. Určení norem řízení zásob. — ABC a XYZ analýza zásob. — Logistické řízení ve výrobě. Důvody rozvoje logistického řízení ve výrobě. Typy výroby a jejich vliv na logistické řízení výrobního procesu. — Pružné výrobní systémy. Just in time (JIT). Kanban. — Systémy MRP, ERP, APS, SCM. — Plánování a řízení založené na Teorii omezení. Opatření k lepšímu využití úzkých míst. — Postponement. Simulační technologie. — Logistika v distribuci a obchodě. Důvody vzniku a struktura distribučních řetězců. — Systémy DRP. Koncentrace, centralizace a automatizace skladů. — Systémy průběžného doplňování zásob (ECR, QR). Cross-docking. — Tvorba manipulačních skupin. Automatická identifikace, radiofrekvenční datová komunikace. Elektronická výměna dat (EDI).
