Subject syllabus:

— Ekonomická diagnostika podniku - rozpoznání zdravého a nezdravého ve vývoji podniku, krizový vývoj podniku, fáze krizového vývoje, indikátory krizového vývoje, stanovení bonity a hodnoty podniku. — Diagnostika finančního zdraví podniku - finanční analýza, ukazatele a jejich charakteristika, horizontální a vertikální analýza. — Zásady udržování finanční stability podniku. — Informační zdroje pro FA, jejich slabé stránky a jejich objektivizování. — Analýza nákladovosti použitého kapitálu v podniku, struktura použitého kapitálu z hlediska nákladovosti, nákladovost cizího a vlastního kapitálu, průměrné náklady použitého kapitálu (WACC), hodnocení nákladovosti při použití různých finančních zdrojů pro krytí potřeb podniku, optimalizace kapitálové struktury z pohledu minimalizace nákladů na kapitál. — Finanční páka, rozbor působení finanční páky na ROE v závislosti na zadlužení podniku, stupeň působení finanční páky na hodnotu ČHV a ROE při změně hodnoty EBIT, stupeň působení páky zadlužení na hodnotu ČHV a ROE při změně zadlužení podniku. — Predikce problémových podniků, bonitní a bankrotní modely. — Bonita a oceňování podniku. — Metody oceňování podniků a majetku podniků.
