Student will be able to orient himself in basic concepts, technics, skills and theories of management, will be able to apply main manager´s methods and attitudes and will dower with knowledge and skills for developing his/her manager´s skills.

The aim of Enterprise Management is to give students basic notion about
theoretic bases of management contemporaneous conception. Planning, organizing
and control-regulation element of management activity. Organizational
structures. Manager's personality-qualities, role, communication, motivation
etc.

Basic definitions.
- Development of management theories: classic, behavioural, scientific, empiric; their influence on today’s managerial practices.
- System and cybernetic view at management.
- Personal management: self-image, career, time management, stress resistance, communication skills, management of information and knowledge.
- Human resource management: sequence managerial functions, personnel management, management of changes.
- Process management: operational control of production, logistic control,
project management, information management, integrated evaluation.
- Organizational management: strategic control, integrated management, crisis
management.
- Development of manager’s personality: parallel managerial functions, managerial
techniques, dealing with information and knowledge, PC skills.
- Current development trends in managerial practice and theory.
- Role of consultancy in management.
