Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
- student will obtain the complete review of innovation types, innovation processes and resources of innovation ideas
- student will be able to orientate himself in the terminology of the area of science, research and innovation and in the public support of innovation activities
- student will learn approaches to the problem solution from the problem definition, through selection of a solution method up to the evaluation of the solution fruitfulness
- student will find out how to use and develop employee creative abilities and skills through individual and collective methods of problem solution
- student will be able to implement in practice the process of evaluation of a company’s innovation activities and to propose an improvement of individual aspects

Summary
The subject is focused on understanding of business innovation activities fundamentals and management in accordance with company further activities. Students are acquainted with basic terms from the area of science, research and innovations, with their mutual linkages, with methods for employee creativity support and support of innovation problem solution. The subject also presents legal forms of science, research and innovation results protection.
