Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
By passing the doctoral subject Personnel management students will extend their theoretical knowledge from the precedent studies and will get acquainted with the latest scientific outputs and opinions on the key and dynamically adjusting areas of HR management. Namely the following HR activities will be presented at most: employee recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, remuneration and care for employees. The specific subtopics within the areas - such as globalisation of enterprise environment, increasing age of employees and changes in the workers motivation and linkages to leadership styles – will be introduced in the subject.
