Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The doctoral study subject Management is aiming at the extension of up to now obtained theoretical knowledge of master study graduates in the area of management. The emphasis is put on development trends of managerial theories, organizational structures, strategic management, HR management and other, dynamically changing and adjusting management areas. Students will work with modern methods and tools of decision making processes according to the latest scientific literature.

• Development of managerial competencies.
• Change management, management of crisis and risk management as the tools of dynamically changing and highly competing environment.

• Modern tools and trends in HR management.
