Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The goal is to acquire basic knowledge of concepts, laws and use of business and employment opportunities in economic practice. Students will gain the legal awareness of fundamental principles of business relations, antitrust laws, contract types, foundations and concepts of employment law.

Summary
The course gives students an overview of the basic rule of business and labour law. Notion of business and labour law, basic principles. Business and labour relation, its characteristics, subjects, its creation. Contracts. Antitrust law, its substance and impact. Economics of competition and competition policy. Introduction of EU law in the Czech Republic. Free movement of goods, person, services, capital and payments. European Competition Policy.

2. Entities commercial relationships, trade name, trade register
3. General arrangements for companies
4. Personal company
5. The capital of the company
6. Business Obligations
7. The origin and extinction of obligations, security interests
8. Competition law and the competitive behavior
9. Introduction to labor law, primary sources, object editing
10. Employment creation and development of tools working relationship
11. Changes in employment, the principle of equal treatment, non-discrimination, prohibition of mobbing
12. Labour-management tools work process, in-house legal standards
13. Prevention and responsibilities in employment law, liability for damages
