Student will be well informed in principles, systems and concepts used for the logistics management of industrial enterprises and supply chains, will be able to analyse, evaluate, design, and improve logistics processes of industrial companies.

• Inventory control, modern methods and tools for inventory analysis and control in an industrial company..
• Production logistics management, leading logistics systems and concepts in production, MRP/ERP systems, lean/JIT concepts, Theory of Constraints systems.
• Distribution logistics management in the area of industrial markets, used systems and concepts, distribution a logistics centres.
• Warehousing management,, warehouse activities and technologies, warehouse planning and design, modern warehouse systems.
