Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

- student will be able to apply principles of mathematic programming (especially the linear one) to managerial decision making tasks, - student will obtain the ability to model monocriterion and multicriteria managerial decision making tasks in industrial systems, - student will learn how to solve relatively simple decision making tasks by application of exact methods, - student will understand possibilities and limits of utilization of exact methods and routines in decision making processes in the industrial systems.

Summary

The subject is the introduction to basics of modelling and principles of optimalization of mono and multicriterion managerial decision making in economical (industrial) systems. It is oriented to: mathematical programming (especially the linnear one), analysis of interdisciplinary linkages, critical path method, basics of queue theory and theory of stock in the industrial company processes.
