Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Student will be able to define the concepts of model, process, system, object, elements and bonds, orient in processes and tools for modeling processes, apply methodology and techniques for analysis and modeling, work with models, evaluate and correctly interpret the results obtained by modeling.

Process and actions management, levels and approaches of process management, management methods, process analysis and optimization, basic process modeling, BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation), UML (Unified Modeling Language), suitable SW products, process model case study.

1. Process and actions management, levels and approaches of process management, management methods. 2. Basic framework of modeling processes. 3. BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation). 4. Process analysis and optimization 5. Software support of process modeling. 6. Case study of creation and application of process model.
