Teaching methods

Summary

Stationary and mobile sources of contamination. Types of industrial emissions, their characteristic, limits, a register, geographical information systems. Environmental pollution through thermal processes - emissions, ways and conditions of their creation. Possibilities of reduction of emissions generation. Cleaning of waste gases. Waste water from power systems. Thermoemission, radioactivity, dustiness, noisiness, vibrations. Optimization of energy consumption.

Subject syllabus:

Zdroje, spotřeby a hospodaření energií. Analýza stacionárních a nestacionárních zdrojů znečišťování ŽP. Typy emisí, registrace, GIS. Vliv tepelných procesů na ŽP, způsob a faktory tvorby emisí. Primární opatření snižující tvorbu emisí, sekundární, opatření – detoxikace, čištění. Napájecí a odpadní vody energetického hospodářství. Tuhé odpady – termická likvidace. Ostatní typy znečišťování ŽP (hluk, vibrace apod.)
