Propertis of metals and alloys at different temperatures. Furnace area and ist internal and external heat transfer, Basic of calculation the external heat transfer. Internal heat transfer. Analysis of thin body heating. Analysis of thick body heating modes. Technological principles heating, end - heatingtemperature, heat stress. Oxidation and decarburization, scale formation, scale calculation. Heating mode of steel, Heating principles in different types of furaces.

Subject syllabus:

Vlastnosti kovů a slitin při různých teplotách. Vnější a vnitřní přestup tepla v pecním prostoru, základy výpočtu vnějšího přestupu tepla. Vnitřní přestup tepla. Výpočet ohřevu tenkých těles. Režimy ohřevu tlustých těles – výpočty. Technologické zásady ohřevu, konečná teplota ohřevu, tepelná pnutí. Oxidace a oduhličení, tvorba okují, výpočet opalu. Režim ohřevu oceli, zásady ohřevu v jednotlivých druzích pecí.
