Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Students will learn about energy sources, energy transformations and the accompanying phenomena that impact on the environment. Emphasis is placed on the logical linking ecological, economic and energy solutions.

Teaching methods

Individual consultations

Summary

Course content involve the acquisition and use of chemical, thermal, mechanical and electrical energy, including emissions rising by these processes . Includes primary and secondary measures for reducing their occurrence in the environment. Individual themes are, as agreed with the supervisor, further developed in accordance with focusing doctoral dissertation.
