Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

To extend knowledge of students in technical measuring and data processing gained within a graduate program. Emphasis is placed on the complete measuring string from the sensor to data processing and archiving.

Teaching methods

Individual consultations

The subject includes the areas of measurement of thermo-technical quantities, determination of material parameters, methods of measurement in difficult conditions and methods of determination of boundary conditions for numerical models. The individual themes are, in agreement with the supervisor, developed in more detail according to the specific focus of the doctoral dissertation.
