understanding notion of basic physical and mechanical properties understanding principles of basic physical and mechanical tests get acquainted with EU and ISO Standards of basic tests application of basic physical and mechanical tests in practice analysis of results of tests

Classification of the properties. Structure and properties. Physical properties. Elasticity, plasticity and fracture. Classification of the testing methods (tensile test, impact test, hardness tests, fatigue, creep, technological and non-destructive testing).
