Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The students are able to apply the fracture mechanics to practical examples of designing new industrial units and to analyse the fractures, occurring in the practice. All the informations are based on the american and european textbooks, as well as the practical examples of flaw growth and fractures.
