Summary

There are characterised individual types of radiation, including potential sources in nature. There is also discussed impact of these individual types of radiation on humans an environment, including binding standards and regulations from these areas. Attention is paid also to protection against sources of ionising radiation and possibilities of their liquidation. There are also explained basic measurement and analytical methods, which use this ionising radiation.
