Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Student will be able to:
- define and apply basic theoretical knowledge from physical chemistry, chemistry and theory of metallurgical processes on processes for production of nonferrous metals
- characterise basic pre- requisites for development of the processes of pyro- , hydro- a electrometallurgy
- design an optimum technological process for production of individual groups of metals
- evaluate influence of changes of technological parameters on production process, its development, efficiency of these processes and possible impacts on environment.
