student získá schopnost: - samostatně řešit problematiku spojenou s přípravou materiálů na bázi nž kovů - samostatně vyhodnocovat materiálové charakteristiky slitin - samostatně připravovat experimenty - nalézat souvislosti mezi techologií přípravy a materiálovými vlastnostmi - analyzovat vlivy parametrů procesu přípravy na dosažené charakteristiky

Summary

Fázové přeměny při tuhnutí a v tuhém stavu. Homogenní a heterogenní nukleace. Typy rozhraní. Termodynamika slitin. Typy fází v kovech a slitinách.Fázové diagramy a volná energie. Termodynamické semiempirické modelování. Stabilita a metastabilita struktur. Nukleace precipitátů a zákonitosti jejich růstu. Spinodální rozpad. Martenzitické přeměny ve slitinách neželezných kovů. Možnosti modelování fázových transformací. Krystalizace a rekrystalizace. Růst zrn. Stárnutí. Popouštění. Deformace a fázová transformace. Vodík jako dočasná legura při tepelném zpracování.
