Summary

Course proposes methods of design, realization and operation of large automation control systems of technological processes. These systems are analyzed as many-parametric and many-aspect tasks. As next it instructs about classification of tasks, structures and functions of control and methods of synthesis of control algorithms. Results are applied on control systems of particular parts of metallurgical plant working in closed circuit such as coking plants, blast-furnaces, steel-works including slab casters, secondary metallurgy works, rolling-mills. As next it instructs about metallurgical energetics and systems with industrial robots control problems, and new possibilities of engineering activities in this filed are outlined.
